Jennifer Lamb

A CPA and MBA, Jennifer’s professional history has afforded her many opportunities to be at the apex of crucial business decisions.  Jennifer spent several years with Bank of Oklahoma, a large regional bank serving six states, as a Trust Officer and also had a long tenure with Carpentree, Inc., as a National Sales Manager working with key accounts and franchise groups.  Her recruiting career began a decade ago, working at a regional firm where she helped build out the firm’s accounting and finance recruiting division.  For the past six years, she has owned and managed her own recruiting and consulting practice, Crossbridge Consulting, LLC.  She enjoys assisting clients with strategic human capital decisions, primarily in the areas of accounting, finance and executive leadership.
